Who is “Just 4 You” HR Consulting?

Steve Bowling, Founder of Just 4 You HR Consulting, has over 23 years Human Resources experience across a range of industry sectors and organizational sizes. He has lived and worked in both Europe and the USA and held jobs with global responsibilities. He has worked at senior levels on Business Leadership teams with experience in the Pharmaceuticals, Chemical Manufacturing, Food & Drink and Financial Services sectors, including organizations from the Fortune 100 List.

Steve has a MBA from a UK accredited Business School, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD), a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business (AInstIB). Steve is also certified to administer and interpret a range of psychometric tests to help assess and develop talent. .

Steve played competitive sports at high level and has a clear perspective of the “performance mindset” driven by training and the physical and mental preparation required for key events.
