Team Interventions
In addition to traditional, yet innovative, team development/building activities, further structured interventions allow for the review and analysis of the business with an outcome of commonly understood and defined business objectives. This common alignment and engagement facilitates the development of the team to the “high performing” category.
“Off site” meetings can be designed and facilitated to achieve the desired outcomes of the Leader and their team. A range of options are available depending on the maturity of the team and the pressures of the environment in which they operate. This can be particularly important during times of major change or if the team has a new leader.
Key outcomes are often clearly articulated business goals with metrics, a Next Steps plan, including a Communication Plan, for all the key stakeholders.
